For those with bad eyes, Mr. King [(R-Iowa, 5th Distrcit) - morte] has created a chart claiming the S-CHIP really stands for "Socialized Clinton-style Hillarycare for Illegals and their Parents."Guys, you've done outdone yerselves on this one. Please, please, please keep insulting middle-class families who can't afford health insurance. I guarantee that it will launch you right back into power.
Perhaps the real problem here is that it wouldn't make a difference to these right-wing lunatics if I were to tell them that SCHIP doesn't cover illegal immigrants. They're living in a different reality altogether which sadly appears to be impinging on the sovereignty of the United States, a clear violation of Article IV, section 3.
See, it's possible to make humor that isn't at the expense of infirm poor children. Probably another lesson that will fall on deaf ears.
